DESCRIPTION: SVRBOU The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northeastern Washington County in northeastern Colorado... * Until 830 PM MDT. * At 757 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 6 miles north of Lone Star to 10 miles southeast of Otis, or along a line from 22 miles southeast of Sterling to 21 miles southeast of Akron, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include... Lone Star and Hyde.
INSTRUCTION: Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing widespread damaging winds and large hail.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
